Grownest (“Grownest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a software and growth studio based in Yangon, Myanmar. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, contact us, engage our professional services, or use a mobile application or digital product published by Grownest that links to this policy.
A product may provide an additional in-app notice when it processes information in a way specific to that product. If an additional notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice applies to that processing.

- Business and transaction records, such as project requirements, contracts, invoices, payment status, and service history. Payment card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us unless explicitly stated.

- Device and technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, language, IP address, and device or advertising identifiers where permitted.
- Usage and diagnostics, such as pages or features used, interaction events, timestamps, crash reports, performance logs, and referral information.
- Approximate location, inferred from an IP address, and precise location only when a product feature requires it, you grant device permission, and the app clearly explains the purpose.
The exact data collected by a mobile application depends on its features and permissions. Relevant app-store disclosures and permission prompts identify which data types apply to that application.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with:

6. Mobile app permissions and third-party platforms
Our applications request device permissions only when needed for a feature. You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings, although some features may then stop working. Distribution platforms such as Google Play process account, purchase, installation, and diagnostic information under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

12. Account and data deletion
If a Grownest application supports user accounts, you may request deletion through the in-app method where available or by emailing support@grownestmyanmar.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request.” Tell us the application name and the email or account identifier used.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal information unless retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial records, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
13. Children’s privacy
Our general website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization. A product intended for children will provide specific disclosures and protections required by law and platform policies. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
